By using aippxp.cn you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and readable.

1. The service

Image compression, image conversion, subtitle conversion and subtitle time shifting each include 3 free tasks per account per week (Monday 00:00 UTC). Further tasks cost 1 point ($0.10). Resizing, cropping and subtitle-to-text are free; video audio extraction is free during beta. Live payments are not enabled in this preview. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. No self-service cash refund feature is provided. Failed or cancelled tasks restore points automatically. Payment disputes and statutory rights are not changed by this setting.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the tools for content you have the right to process. You keep responsibility for your files and for respecting others' rights (copyright, portrait rights, etc.).
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload or attack the site or its sign-in service.
• The video-audio tool is for files you lawfully possess; extracting audio from videos does not grant you any rights to that audio.

3. Beta features

The video-audio extractor is marked beta: supported formats and devices are limited and are described on its page. Features may change or be withdrawn.

4. No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Always keep your original files; processing results should be verified before important use.

5. Content & downloads

Articles are original Chinese content unless a source is credited. Third-party software mirrored for download remains under its own license — check the project's official page before commercial use. Installer integrity relies on the original publisher.

6. Accounts

Sign-in exists only to gate processing tasks. It may be suspended for abuse. You can delete your stored sign-in data (email, code records, sessions) at any time from the account menu — old sessions stop working immediately.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the site.
